Assosecurity chose Plone

Assosecurity is a non-profit association operating on a national scale which aims at popularizing the informatic culture by promoting cultural and scientific events; in particular, it deals with the informatic security issue in any way, be it technological, organizational, legal or social.

On this subject, every year Assosecurity organizes and supports training courses, conventions and events with the intention of spreading the experiences in the field of telematic and informatic security.

Assosecurity actively supports the research through the supply of scholarships and research grants, and it is also directly involved in software research and development, especially of those applications which adopt open and free standards, therefore related to the Open Source world, which sees Redomino as an ardent supporter.

Assosecurity gave Redomino the important job of refreshing and optimizing the association's presence on the Web through the restyling of its web site; this task has been carefully brought to a conclusion using Plone, a CMS (Content Managenent System) open source well-known for being safe, powerful and very flexible, and that represents Redomino's front-rank technology since many years.

Assosecurity's basic guidelines have been followed very carefully by Redomino's team in order to stay faithful to the association identity. As well as the graphic restyling, Redomino took care of the site's hosting, too.
