This is a consultancy service (AVAILABLE ONLY IN ITALY) to help customers in filling the new Programmatic Document on Security and everything regarding personal data protection.
Since the 1st January 2004 in Italy has become effective the D. Lgs. n°196 del
30/06/2003, called “Code in personal data protection matters” or
“Exclusive Text on Privacy”.
The new Code obliges all the people handling personal data – sensitive, semisensitive, common and judicial – to draw up a D.P.S. by 31 march of every year.
The omission of fulfilments leads to administrative sanctions up to 124.000 euros and the imprisonment up to 3 years, as well as the compensation for damages according to the article 2050 C.C. and the exclusion from biddings.
