Online orders collection and management system
- ReCatalog Orders Form: an online form system by which old and new users can ask for simple information or quickly and easily make an order. Choosing the appropriate control policies, the system administrator will be able to authorize the form filling as anonymous user or after a login.
- Data flow: with the customization of the standard workflow it is possible to configure the automatic flow supporting the order, from its beginning (i.e. the data capture) to its fulfillment, its warranty and customer care management and its subsequent customers satisfaction. This way you will have an order history file at your disposal to supervise the state of every order in every moment.
- Different lists: each customer provided with a login, and hence with a profile, will only be shown of the products reserved to his/her profile, and not of that part of the catalog reserved to types of customers enjoying particular conditions or to retailers (different price lists, different geographical area of delivery, competiting ditributors...).
