A device, a service or a resource is considered accessible when it is usable by any type of user.

- Standard XHTML 1.0 Strict user interface: without ignoring other optical improvements according to the Legge 4/2004 guidelines (Legge Stanca), in compliance with the requirements defined by the Italian legislation as concerns website accessibility.
