- Shared agenda/calendar, with authomatic memorandum allowing every agency to manage easily and to watch anytime its own agents' dates, to send authomatically sms or e-mails to its customers in order to remember them their next meeting or inform them about new proposals and updates;
- Accounting system which records running costs and incomes, including a monthly return of expenses and incomes, recording invoices, calculating VAT, making the first note and preparing proposals on buildings and real estate loan;
- Multi-user management including areas reserved to different levels of users (website manager, retailers, customers); security is ensured by an access protected by user and password, which gives different consultation authorization according to each user type;
