An overview of IntraWeb tools and functions that help you improve your company communication with versatility.

Customized Logo: the top-left area on IntraWeb is dedicated to your company logo. This section is in fact totally customizable.
- Search box: all the intranet contents are indexed and they can be searched by the internal search engine (also Word and PDF files). While users are writing their search words, IntraWeb will start showing results dynamically.
- Intranet map: it provides the data structure presentation displaying a content navigation tree easy to browse.
- Contacts: this links directly to a form where you can ask for support, communicate troubles or other requests. All you have to do is to insert subject and text: you don't have to specify the sender and receiver, this is up to the IntraWeb system!

Button "User Manual": it constitutes a valuable help in content managing. By clicking over the big blue button displying a question mark, you enter a complete user manual that illustrates how to edit, delete and manage all your intrenet content and how to manage a workflow system for content sharing.
- Button "Exit": it disconnects you as soon as you finished up interacting with your intranet, protecting your account.
- Autentication bar: it contains all the information about the active user; through its settings you can modify your own password at any time and handle your preferences, such as defining which visual editor you want to use.
- Calendar: it is a very important support for the orientation of your company staff. It announces the events of the current month with all the linked information and it underlines the current date with a red square; arrows on the up corners help you to move forward or back on the calendar.
- List of events: it shows all the company's important shared events to come, displaying them in chronological order. You just have to select an event to get all the information you need with a table that summarize the most important hints: date, time, place and contacts. For each event cCal and iCal functions are available to synchronize different users and applications like Microsoft Outlook, Evolution, email applications or mobile devices.
- Tools: with IntraWeb users creates and manage autonomously their own content using the visual editor. Content types that can be created: folders, files, pages, images, links, news, events.
- News: thanks to company's news all the staff members are informed on the most important news. One click is enough to display all the details. While it is possible to give to every user the chance to insert news, public news on this section are published only when they are approved by the administrators.
- Link: the links area follows the same procedures as news and events: public links are shared with all staff members. This area is very useful because it extends a lot of information with a simple click.
- Functions: this area contains functions for the staff in order to actively attend activities and projects and to speed up the team work and communication.
- The Company address book makes all team members' and other useful contacts available; when a change occurs, just one tweak will get the whole information updated, so that data will be always consistent.
- The Archive includes all the documents that have been inserted by company's members: sharing and communications are always guaranteed, but according to users' permissions to view and edit each document.
- With IntraWeb it is possible to custom this intranet network area, adding some useful functions; for example you can insert a Gallery, where to upload projects' and contributors' pictures, or a Forum, where every user can attend discussion, problem solving issues or new proposals.
